Except for Animation of the Year, the winners of the 2007 Tokyo Anime Awards have been announced. The awards are part of the annual Tokyo International Anime Fair, which will be held on March 22-25 this year. This is the fair's sixth year.

- OVA Category: Top wo Nerae 2!, Freedom
- Foreign Film Category: Cars
- Best Director: Mamoru Hosoda (Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo)
- Best Original Work: Yasutaka Tsutsui (Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo; Paprika)
- Best Screenplay: Satoko Okudera (Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo)
- Best Art Direction: Nizo Yamamoto (Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo)
- Best Character Design: Yoshiyuki Sadamoto (Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo; Top wo Nerae 2!)
- Best Seiyu: Aya Hirano (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya; Death Note)
- Best Music: Susumu Hirasawa (Paprika)
