Nishino Kana (西野カナ)

Born on March 18, 1989 in Miyagi prefecture. She started learning English as an infant as well as study in America two times. When she was 16 years old, her mother secretly sent her demo tape to an audition of more than 40,000 applicants and achieved number one. A year after 2006, a plan to debut under SME Records was made. Then she finally made her major debut on February 20, 2008 with her single, "I".

In February of this year, Nishino Kana debuted internationally with her song, "I". The trigger for her debut was with an audition where she was not in any particular genre from western music to folk songs. She was chosen out of 40,000 applicants because she had a voice that stood out. Her sweet-like-candy voice seems like one that adults and children alike would love. The second single "glowly days" that just went on sale sounds like a brisk, Spring overflowing with originality. The mixed English lyrics were written by Nishino Kana herself, that allows us to view what's on 19 year olds' minds. What kind of person is Nishino Kana?
