Manga magazine Bessatsu Margaret (Shueisha) has announced that Yoko Kamio's "Cat Street" manga series is being turned into a live-action drama. The story revolves around a former child actress who has become withdrawn due to a traumatic event. As a "stray cat" of society, she finally finds her place at a special school for people with similar social problems.

I read a rumor on one of the Japanese boards that it's going to star Mitsuki Tanimura, but I have no idea how credible the source is.

ive read that rumor in 2ch as well. im glad if it's her, she's really a very good actress like Fukuda Saki.

omg! i'm so excited for this and have this huge smile on my face right now. love love love the manga. hope they're faithful to it. =)
wonder who the actors & actresses will be. hope they pull it off. what awesome news to wake up to before finals. ok that made me sound kinda sad. |
