AKB48's Masuyama, model Teramoto to star in "ChocoMimi" drama

The leads for the previously announced "ChocoMimi" drama series have been revealed: 13-year-old Kayano Masuyama of AKB48 and 14-year-old model Yukika Teramoto of fashion magazine nicola. This will be the acting debut for both girls.

The show is an adaptation of Konami Sonoda's manga of the same name about two fashionable friends named Choco (Teramoto) and Mimi (Masuyama).

TV Tokyo will broadcast the series at 5:30pm on Mondays, starting on October 1.
