Singer Anna Tsuchiya is about to launch an international "tour," consisting of 12 performances in 4 countries. Her schedule mainly includes appearances at music festivals, though she will kick off the tour at an anime convention. She has already been announced as a Guest of Honor at this year's Anime Expo, where she will perform a one-hour concert on June 30.
After Anime Expo, she returns to Japan for Shonan Oto Matsuri in Yokohama and Club Music Festa in Sapporo. She then will play in Korea at the Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival, followed by a stop in Taipei, Taiwan for the Formoz Festival. The tour concludes back at home with performances at Girl Pop Factory (at Zepp Tokyo), Summer Sonic, a-nation, and two "Anna Tsuchiya Live 2007 Summer" shows. It has also been decided that on July 4, Tsuchiya will release a "best" album in 43 countries throughout Europe. Link to article Last edited by migimaru : 06-21-2007 at 10:38 PM. |

Lol, how funny. She's not even really known in Europe. I wonder if it's so that she'll look good in Japan and Japanese fans will be like "Ooh, she must be huge in Europe! I like her!" Hmm.
She narrowly missed my Top 10 of Half-Japanese Celebrities <http://alecinjapan.com/2007/06/top-10-half-japanese-celebrities/>. I don't like her music at all so that's why she failed. |
