Yoshiki and Gackt's new band welcomes Miyavi

According to this announcement from Anime Expo, it appears that Yoshiki, Gackt, and SUGIZO's new band is called SKIN, and the fourth and final member is none other than Miyavi. The announcement was made on stage at the first day of Jrock Revolution, which is taking place this weekend in Los Angeles. The new band is scheduled to perform on June 29 at Anime Expo. This Sponichi article says the band is planning to play in Japan in November. It also says there are plans for a fifth member, a bassist.
