What's your favourite Japanese talent Agency?

I got a few favourites.

Vision factory (http://www.visionfactory.jp/):Mainly because of Taira Airi, w-inds, Da-Pump and some others.

Stardust Promotion (http://www.stardust.co.jp/): Mainly because of Hayato Ichihara, Masaki Okada And Ayumi Kinoshita.

Amuse (http://www.amuse.co.jp/index.php): Mainly because of Takeru Sato and a few people who played in tokusatsu series.

Johnny's Entertainment : Arashi's the sole reason.. :p
Amuse : their talents are really good..say Ueno Juri, Miura Haruma and Sato Takeru too
FLaMme : there's Erika Toda, Kichise Michiko, Koyuki, Mayuko Fukuda and Ryoko Hirosue

Amuse gets points from me for Perfume and Juri Ueno :D

Not counting the big agencies, one that has some great talent for its really small size is Sweet Power (http://www.sweetpower.jp/): Maki Horikita, Meisa Kuroki, Rina Uchiyama, Mirei Kiritani, Nao Minamisawa, etc.
